Soulcializing is the daily practice of intentionally connecting with our Selves and others by being present with our feelings and being authentic with our expression. This is a simple and powerful way to transform our community and our Selves.

Not only being mindful of those around you, but also mindful of how you are in reaction to them.  Checking in with your energy, letting your walls & inner chatter drop and choosing to be present – then making an effort to connect by acknowledging them in some way = whether it’s just looking at them and saying hello, giving them a compliment or striking up conversation.

Think of your Heart as a Filter that your Actions must Pass through First.

Before you do or say something, take that extra 10 seconds to really feel, no just skim the surface. To be present and emotionally accessible—even if it means stepping out of your comfort zone.

The Soulcialize concept was created from Soulebrate with hopes to encourage a shift in the awareness of how we interact with one another and inspire a new way of socializing. Whether with family, friends or complete strangers, Soulcialize holds the vision that we embrace each connection with enough authenticity, honesty and joy that our lives and the lives of others are beautifully enriched.

When there is desire in your heart to to reach out and connect -- your open and friendly interactions will naturally lead the world by example. A smile, hello, or even simply looking another in the eyes is a beautiful and easy way to acknowledge each other and spread the joy of reaching out. Strike up conversation with a stranger, acknowledge or compliment someone. Go ahead; share the wonderful thoughts you normally keep to yourself...bet you'll be surprised!

Something to think about...When you are passing a stranger, do you:
